Rob Derbyshire is a fitness expert who lecturers at The Australian Institute of Personal Trainers and TAFE NSW. Rob has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry including recently acting as the strength and conditioning coach for Randwick Rugby Union Club from 2010 to 2012.
Having trained over 2000+ clients over the years Rob understands what exercises, equipment and programs work. He has personally designed “The Workshed” (a private training facility at The Spot in Randwick) focusing on core, functional movements and metabolic conditioning, ensuring your body never plateaus.

Jacinda is a local girl who grew up dancing at The Dance Spot, swimming at Coogee beach and attending the local high school. Although she loves her hometown, she loves to travel the world. From Skiing in Canada and Japan to white water rafting and quad bike riding in New Zealand, Chile and Africa. Nothing beats her passion for salsa dancing in Cuba.
Being a professional dancer, she understands the importance of having an active lifestyle and the key role good nutrition plays in our health. Through her study of fitness, anatomy and physiology, she knows the importance of resistance training and the amazing results a functional work out can have on the body.
She believes The WorkShed provides a practical approach to exercise that allows your body to continuously reach new limits, seeing almost instant results. In her opinion, it is a dynamic style of exercise for people of all ages!

Amy McKendrick has devoted her life to teaching people how to eat for health and vitality. She studied at the Nature Care collage and has over 8 years in the Fitness industry. Amy works alongside many personal training businesses around Sydney providing their clients with the nutritional support they need for success and results.
Through her corporate food seminars, group workshops, one on one program, online recipes, tailored shopping lists and weekly food planners Amy has many easy ways to teach you how to achieve Sustainable Results that become Lifestyle Habits.
