You don’t need to be an elite athlete to finish , but that doesn't give you an excuse not to train. We want to make sure you’re happy with your finishing time and are prepared to help your mates out when needed.

Super Saturday Spartan Sessions
Every training session in The Workshed improves strength, power and stamina. Plus our new Super Saturday Spartan Sessions are longer timed workouts replicating hurdles and challenges found in many popular obstacle races.
This functional training workout is an indoor and outdoor obstacle course using plyometric boxes, weighted tyres, sleds, ropes and of course running. It is a great way to physically and mentally prepare for the many obstacles that make up True Grit.
