Our programs are expertly designed by owner / Trainer Rob Derbyshire, formally a military trainer and currently a PT Strength & Conditioning coach / Cross fit level 1 and lecturer in Fitness. The workouts are designed for small group PT sessions including Strength, HIIT and mobility. All sessions target functional movements aiming to achieve all-round fitness and speed up the metabolism, optimising fat loss, muscle tone and health.
